For one of our clients, a lawyer-notary study based in Valais Central, we are looking for a
40%-60% commercial employee (CDD –> CDI) (for lawyer-notary study)
Your profile
- You hold an SWC of a trade employee or an equivalent title
- You benefit ideally from several years of experience in Study of notaries (or even Study of lawyers, Tribunal, etc.)
- Your French is impeccable and you have excellent editorial skills
- You are comfortable with common IT tools (MS Office)
- You have a sense of responsibility, are versatile, organized, dynamic and autonomous
- You know how to take initiatives and manage stress optimally
- You are now available at 40%-60% (CDD with CDI possibility later)
- You are domiciled in the nearby region
Your duties and responsibilities
- Client reception and telephone exchange
- Processing of incoming and outgoing mail
- Establishment of draft acts (sales, cedules, wills, estates, companies, etc.)
- Contact with different authorities, cadastre, RF, RC, etc.
- Preparation and follow-up of files
- Classification, archiving
- Etc.
