Your tasks

• You take responsibility for the education of about 30 children in the field of asylum You collaborate with the head of the home for the overall cohesion of the home You propose, develop and ensure the implementation of new socio-educational projects You participate in the health network set up for the care of beneficiaries You supervise the home's educational team You plan and organize the home's educational symposia You do evening and weekend breaks

Your profile

• Bachelor of Social Education or equivalent Excellent knowledge of asylum, especially in the care of children in collective homes Very good communication and negotiation skills, as well as a pronounced ability to work independently and as a team Ability to manage staff Responsibility, organization and good analytical capacity in complex situations Excellent editorial skills Good knowledge of the social and educational fabric Basvalaisan French mother tongue; knowledge of other languages would be an asset Entry into office - Special conditions Entry into office: immediately or to be agreed Fixed-term commitment: the duration is linked to variations in the number of persons that the canton is obliged to accept under the Federal Asylum Act
