What to expect

• Oriented and personalized advice on insurance solutions for the customers you meet at their home, at the branch or by phone
• Follow-up and professional development of your own customer portfolio
• Acquisition of new customers to ensure the growth of the customer portfolio in your region
• Placement of other AXA products (finance and pensions, health services)
• Carrying out administrative tasks related to your position, with the support of the entire AXA structure and modern monitoring tools

What you bring

• With a professional degree and a first experience in consulting or sales, you have a strong interest in training in the field of insurance
• You can prove that you have a very good knowledge of the local economic fabric and a vast network because you live in the region
• Your personality is service-oriented and you have an ease in contact with others, you look for solutions for your customers and you know how to adapt to any situation
• You are fluent in French both orally and in writing, any other language is an advantage
• Your working method is autonomous and goal-oriented, remuneration based on your own performance is an additional source of motivation
• You are comfortable with common computer systems as well as in learning new digital tools
