For our client, an internationally leading company in professional dishwashing and kitchen technology, we are looking for a committed personality as a service technician for the Upper Valais region.
Job description
- Independent support of your own service area
- Maintenance, service and repair services of professional flushing systems and large kitchen appliances
- Commissioning of new plants at the customer
- Analysis and correction of technical failures
- Implementation of error diagnosis and development of sustainable solutions
- Advising and supporting customers on technical issues
- Training of customers and users in the handling of equipment
- Ensuring high quality of service and customer satisfaction

Requirement profile
- Completed basic technical training, for example as an automatic engineer, electrical installer, automotive mechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, construction machinery mechanic, polymechanic, production mechanic or equivalent
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical or control engineering
- Experience in technical service or in a related function of advantage
- Joy of working independently and a high level of personal responsibility
- Customer-oriented appearance and good communication skills
- Technical understanding and pleasure in troubleshooting
- Readiness for a manageable and fairly regulated cooking service
- Category B driving licence
- Place of residence in Upper Valais or adjacent regions
- Very good knowledge of German and French for customer contact is advantageous
