Your tasks
- Competent guest care, running your own station
- Support for the service management and its deputies
- Shared responsibility for the smooth running of day-to-day business
- Co-responsibility for daily accounts, inventories and orders
- Cooperation at banquets and receptions (birthdays, weddings, business events)
- Participation in seminars and conferences (coffee break, lunch and dinner)
- Implementation of seasonal events (Christmas, 1 August, Easter)
- Host and contact person for guests in his station
- Control of the Barin in relation to ambient, cleanliness and order
- Very good knowledge of the F&B and wine offer
- Constant adherence to quality standards through high self-initiative
- Carrying out cleaning and maintenance work
- Compliance with HACCP guidelines

- Completed training and experience in a comparable position
- Good knowledge of wine and spirits
- Positive and dutiful personality with the will to go new ways
- Awareness of quality and responsibility
- Creativity and pleasure at work
- Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
- Knowledge of French or other languages is advantageous
- High level of initiative, independence and flexibility
