For our lively mountain restaurant Egga in Eischoll (two-season operation in the middle of the skiing and hiking area) we are looking for 15. December 2026 an independent and dutiful personality as chef / chef (m/f/d) in a permanent annual position.
Their main tasks
- Self-responsible management, organization and structuring of the entire kitchen area
- Preparation of freshly cooked, bourgeois dishes, daily menus and seasonal specialties
- Menu planning, purchase of goods, calculation and efficient warehouse management
- Consistent implementation and control of HACCP hygiene standards
Your profile
- Completed vocational apprenticeship as chef/chef EFZ or an equivalent, well-founded training
- Several years of professional experience, ideally already in a management position or as a sole cook in the Swiss mountain hotel industry / gastronomy
- Structured, clean and independent working methods
- Resilient, team-capable personality with a high quality orientation
