THE ROLE
As Pizzaiolo Help, you will assist the pizzeria brigade in daily preparation and during service, guaranteeing order, cleanliness and respect of Luigia standards. You will work closely with Chef Pizzaïolo to ensure a smooth rhythm and constant quality.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Know the ingredients and products used in pizzeria.
- Work effectively with Chief Pizzaiolo and the brigade.
- Prepare for the daily establishment of the pizzeria station.
- Prepare and cut the trim according to Luigia methods.
- Provide pizza garnishing, exit control and support during service.
- Take part in the low and baking stages of pizza according to internal procedures.
- Know and apply Luigia standards in cooking, presentation and quality.
- Know and meet HACCP.
- Keep work plan, containers, utensils and production area clean.
- Guarantee the cleanliness of the pizzeria post at the end of service.
PROFILE
- A first experience in pizzeria or a strong motivation to learn.
- Good dexterity, speed and attention to detail.
- Serious, reliable and team spirit.
- Organizational sense, cleanliness and hygiene rigour.
- Knowledge and compliance with HACCP standards.
