A Director of Works Since 2012, ASV Construction Générale SA has been active in the direction of works in Valais. Member of the MBA Groupe SA, a group of companies specialized in construction, we are committed to providing quality, personalized and human-sized service.

• A Director of Works
• Key Position Information:
• Type of contract: 100% indefinite contract.
• Schedule: regular hours, Monday to Friday.
• Date of entry: to be agreed.
• Location: Rue du Châble\-Bet 41, 1920 Martigny. Buildings located mainly in Valais.
• Your mission:

You pilot the execution of our construction sites, from preparation to handing over the keys. A reference speaker for all the speakers, you are the guarantor of respect for deadlines, budgets and quality.

Your main responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all trades on your construction sites
• Prepare tenders, analyse bids and prepare bids
• Financial monitoring of projects: budgets, situations, amendments and final accounts
• Conducting and following up on worksite sessions
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and on-site safety rules
• Organize book receptions, site records and maintenance
• Accompany the buyers of our promotions in their choices and their gains\-values
• Work hand in hand with the companies of the group, which carry out a large part of the work.
• Your profile:

We are looking for a person who is structured and self-sufficient, able to run several front-end projects without losing the wire and who knows how to keep calm when an unforeseen event occurs. You like the terrain as much as driving, you have a sense of contact with both the customer and the subcontractors. To succeed in this role, you have the following skills and qualities:

• Solid experience of the construction site Construction training:
• Building CFC, technician, construction operator, architect or equivalent
• Ability to read and understand plans
• Ability to maintain a budget
• Organizational sense
• Access to IT
• Excellent mastery of French (written and oral)
