Main responsibilities
- As a member of the management board, you actively shape the strategic and economic future of the company.

- You have overall responsibility for the Finance Directorate and will continue to develop this area in a forward-looking manner, ensuring accounting, financial stability and effective control and risk management.
- Your teams lead and develop you with a modern understanding of leadership, create space for personal responsibility and strengthen cooperation and further development.
- You are responsible for strategic and operational area development from a financial point of view and ensure forward-looking financial planning, management and evaluation of the associated investments and development projects.
- With meaningful financial and management instruments (including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for liquidity and investment), you create sound decision-making basis for effective performance and earnings management and shape corporate management forward-looking and data-based.
- They drive the further development of structures, processes and systems and take advantage of the opportunities of digitalization and automation in order to sustainably strengthen efficiency, quality and sustainability. Requirements:
- Graduate in business administration or finance as well as a sound training and long-term practice experience in the financial and controlling field
- Multi-annual management experience in a complex organisation in the health sector (acute hospital)
