Role overview
- Leadership of the Liquidation & Disposal department including Thun, Liq-Shops, Tech-Shop and Raron in close cooperation with internal and external contacts - Ensuring compliance with IMS processes and quality, time and cost requirements in order and project processing taking into account the requirements of VBS / RUAG - Responsibility for quality assurance, portfolio risk management, controlling and monitoring of department reporting - Development and implementation of the current and future team strategy taking into account cross-disciplinary requirements / strategies - Supporting supervisors in developing, developing and implementing the strategy - Acquisition of management tasks according to the Code of Conduct and the principles of RUAG AG, including proactive communication and implementation of the management processes - Promoting employees through targeted skills development, training and training to ensure specialist, process and product knowledge - Creation of annual and business planning (budget) for the assigned cost centers and responsibility for compliance with the cost center budget - Coordination of communication and cooperation with all internal and external stakeholders - Participation in the development of new market opportunities and business opportunities
