Role overview

• promotes technical and instrumental knowledge related to intellectual development and logical capabilities, with particular attention to the psychopathology of the evolutionary age

• promotes a flexible and differentiated model of intervention to find a response to each new instance, which allows it to develop creatively continuous pedagogical-didactic strategies

• mainly carries out its activity of support for learning in an individualized relationship or in a small group, according to the severity of the pathology, or according to the therapeutic needs

• participates in some meetings of the care unit

• maintains and develops contacts with the external network (schools, families and services involved), promoting the sharing of relevant information and the continuity of the educational and therapeutic path

• collaborates with school institutions of origin to adapt the pedagogical-didactic objectives to the clinical situation of the user

• participates, if necessary, to interdisciplinary network meetings

• qualification of elementary school teacher issued by the Italian University School/Education and Learning Department (SUPSI/DFA), the High Pedagogical School (ASP) in Locarno or recognized by the Swiss Conference of cantonal directors of public education (CDPE), master's license

• the knowledge of the French attested in the diploma issued or in the recognition CDPE, or through a certification recognized level B2 according to the Global Scale of the European Portfolio of Languages Teaching Enablement in the Ticino primary schools integrated by teaching experiences

• previous experience in teaching with children presenting psychological fragility and psychiatric pathologies
