Role overview
- to provide for the purchase and supply of medicines and health equipment for the needs of the cantonal psychiatric clinic (CPC), the residential, recreational and working centre (CARL) and the outpatient services of the cantonal sociopsychiatric Organization (OSC), taking care of its annual reporting
- manage the warehouses and stocks of the Cantonal Pharmacy, including the cantonal warehouse of the material destined for emergencies, ensuring the control of the stocks and the execution of the annual inventory of medicines and the health material
- to serve as an interlocutor for the OSC on matters relating to the supply of medicines and health equipment
- control the movements of drugs from Ticino and other health facilities in the Canton
- Federal certificate of ability (AFC) of pharmacy assistant
- professional experience as a pharmacy assistant
- good knowledge in the management of medicines, medical devices and healthcare equipment
- basic knowledge of the main IT tools (Microsoft Office)
- good knowledge of the Italian language (conversation and editing); knowledge of a second official language is preferential title
- flexibility in the organization of working time, with readiness to alternate with the second pharmacy assistant according to the planning of the service and to ensure its replacement during scheduled absences
