Role overview

Tasks

• follows the users for whom socio-educational intervention is necessary, individually or in small groups, in the framework of a therapeutic plan agreed with the team regarding the minor or his family
• follows the users of the SMP for whom an educational or therapeutic placement in institutions for minors is necessary
• collaborates with other bodies or institutions in taking care of psychosocial situations concerning the users reported to the SMP
• carries out consultancy for bodies or institutions that deal with minors and for teachers and to other operators who work in contact with minors
• participates in moments of sharing the clinical and training activity of the team and undertakes ongoing training
• Requirements
• SUP social operator diploma (option: educator) or equivalent qualification
• if in possession of a foreign qualification, recognition by the SERI (State Secretariat for training, research and innovation)
• availability and motivation for multidisciplinary work in a child and adolescent psychiatry team
• aptitude and motivation to work with children and adolescents
• previous experience in the juvenile field in the psychological and psychiatric field
• knowledge of the territory, of the social services and of the socio-health network of the Canton of Ticino
• excellent knowledge (conversation and drafting) of the Italian language and knowledge (conversation and drafting) of another official language Specific observations

Any legal modification concerning salary and organization remains expressly reserved - working hours: 42 hours per week (for a 100% employment relationship), flexible or according to service needs.
