Mansions
- offer specific educational accompaniment to minors depending on their age and development
- support the parental and non-administrative parents in their parental role

- draw up daily notes and official reports on the progress of reporting rights

Requirements
- academic training (bachelor or master) in social, psychological, pedagogical or equivalent title
- knowledge of the psycho-pedagogical and/or socio-educational sector
- excellent relational, communication and listening skills
- ability to develop educational projects
- attitude to independent and group work
- motivation, dynamism and operational flexibility
- reliability, responsibility and decision-making skills
- good knowledge of Ticino and the functioning of the institutional network
- knowledge and expertise in the use of computer programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- perfect mastery of Italian; appreciated knowledge of the German language
- Swiss citizenship or permit C or B
