Key requirements

  • Master in Ingegneria gestionale o discipline affini con almeno 5 anni di esperienza professionale dopo la fine degli studi, distribuita tra il settore aziendale e/o l’ambito accademico. Il dottorato di ricerca (PhD) nel settore disciplinare in oggetto costituisce titolo preferenziale.
  • Conoscenza dello stato dell’arte tecnico-scientifico e del contesto professionale delle discipline di riferimento.
  • Ottima conoscenza del sistema universitario e di formazione svizzero,
  • Comprovate esperienze nell’insegnamento e ottime valutazioni delle proprie attività di insegnamento.
  • Qualifica didattica o disponibilità a conseguirla entro 3 anni dall’entrata in servizio.
  • Autonomia, capacità di ascolto, ottime doti organizzative e gestionali.
