QC Analysis Technician - sterile department — IBSA Institut Biochimique

We are looking for two QC Analysis Technician that will conduct analysis and testing in laboratories of analysis, production and quality control, also operating in sterile room and in controlled contamination environments .

Shipments

• perform microbiological analysis on incoming raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products;

• to operate in a sterile room and in an aseptic environment, in accordance with the procedures for dressing, behaviour and aseptics provided ;

• perform environmental sampling of air, surfaces, compressed gas and water in the production departments;

• perform analytical determinations according to the procedures in force, applying the relevant validated methods;

• compile technical documentation and insert analytical results into computer systems;

• use the main equipment used for microbiological laboratory analysis;

• work in compliance with GMP procedures and quality standards applicable to sterile environments and controlled contamination.

Profile requested

• Preferably Laboratorist in AFC Biology, diploma of biomedical technician, medical technician, diploma of direct school for special purposes in Biomedical Laboratory Technician;

• previous experience in sterile room, microbiological laboratory or in controlled contamination environments; experience gained in sterile contexts is an important requirement;

• familiarity with procedures of asepsis, dressing and behavior in the sterile room;

• propensity to team working, good organizational ability and strong cleaning skills, precision and attention to detail.

Personal skills and skills

• Mother tongue: Italian;

• Good knowledge of English, written and spoken;

• Activities to work in sterile environments and strictly follow operating procedures and protocols.

Car driver's license request.
