Role overview

The Product Merchandiser plays a key role across the entire collection product lifecycle, ensuring accurate, efficient, and data-driven execution of all product & merchandising operations activities.

This highly analytical position focuses on monitoring product performance from sell-in to sell-out, leveraging insights to optimize assortment balance, pricing, and overall market alignment.

The role combines performance analysis with hands-on operational management, including maintaining product data in PLM systems, tracking collection progress, and supporting key milestones from development through go-to-market.

Key requirements

  • Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in data interpretation across multiple dimensions (product, market, channel)
  • Previous experience (at least 3-4 years) in a similar role for a fashion brand
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment and dynamic workflows
  • Proficiency in PLM systems, Excel, PPT
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage fast-paced and dynamic workflows
  • Familiarity with the fashion market and understanding of product lifecycle management processes is highly desirable
