• Front ### Main Responsibilities
• Manage telephone and written contact with clients in Switzerland (IT / DE / FR), ensuring a professional and customer-oriented service.
• Insert, manage, and monitor B2B and B2C orders through SAP.
• Coordinate operational activities with sales force, logistics, production, and administration.
• Structured management of complaints, both internally and towards clients, with analysis of causes and implementation of corrective actions.
• Administrative support for invoicing, management of credit notes and discrepancies.
• Monitoring of deliveries and proactive management of anomalies.
• Update customer records, price lists, and commercial conditions.
• Active collaboration in the continuous improvement of internal processes. ### Profile
• Multi-year experience (≥5 years) in Internal Sales / Customer Service / Commercial Front Office roles.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP and order-to-delivery processes.
• Excellent proficiency in main Office tools (particularly Excel).
• Languages: Italian (mother tongue or equivalent), German and French as a plus.
• Operational autonomy, precision, and strong customer orientation.
• Ability to manage priorities and work across departments.
• Flexibility in working hours for specific operational needs, with agreed recovery. ### Skills (plus digital skills)
• Effective and customer-oriented communication.
• Structured management of criticalities and complaints.
• Reliability, sense of responsibility, and discretion.
• Ability to work in teams in structured and dynamic contexts.
• Experience with EDI flows (GS1 / EDIFACT).
• Electronic document management (orders, invoices, bills).
• Knowledge of EAN / GTIN and B2B platforms.
• Operational interaction with IT and CRM systems.
