Receptionist Intern

Role overview

We are looking for a Receptionist Intern, who will join the team based between Bioggio and Stabio. The role will manage and support all activities related to Reception area being at the disposal of all Guess Departments for any kind of support.

## Requirements - Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Languages or Communication and/or similar field - Excellent knowledge of English, any other languages is considered a plus - Passion and attitude in fashion field - Being flexible and with high level of cultural sensitivity - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Having good interpersonal skills: being polite, a good listener, always smiling and with excellent customer service skills - Be able to meet people’s needs and find solutions in a timely manner - Be able to relay information to others, interact and well communicate at all levels of the company organization with tact and diplomacy - Precise and with strong attention to details - Critical thinking using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems - Good judgment, proven responsibility and trustworthy in handling confidential information - Well organized, having the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, set priorities and work both independently and in a team environment - Good level in Microsoft - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
