- This figure combines technical skills, product sensitivity and organizational skills to ensure that each garment meets the highest quality standards, performance and aesthetic consistency of the brand.
- The Apparel Product Developer works in close synergy with Design, Modelling, Production and external suppliers, accompanying the product throughout the development cycle: from the initial concept to the final validation of the product.
- The role includes a strong focus on performance materials (waterproof, breathable, thermal, stretch) and innovative construction solutions. RESPONSIBILITY
- Collaboration with the Senior Product Developer and Design team to translate creative concepts into detailed technical specifications, ensuring feasibility, stylistic consistency and industrial sustainability of the product.
- Manage and oversee the entire product development process, from the launch of prototypes to the validation of final products, ensuring compliance with timing, costs and quality standards.
- Coordinate the development of high-performance technical garments, with particular attention to innovative materials (waterproof, breathable, thermal, stretch) and advanced construction solutions.
- Interface with models, suppliers and productive partners, both in Italy and abroad, for the sharing of technical specifications, the collection of feedback and the management of product reviews.
- Drive fitting and revision of prototypes, identifying and implementing technical and constructive improvements to optimize performance, fit and quality.
- Insert and update technical data, separate base (BOM), material specifications and documentation produced within PLM systems, ensuring accuracy and traceability of information.
- Support the introduction of new materials, finishes and technological solutions in collaboration with Design and Materials body, in line with market trends and contemporary consumer needs.
