- performs the necessary interventions to properly manage the problems arising from the behavior of the residents, while promoting their autonomy and their psycho-physical well-being
Main responsibilities
- participates on the basis of the directives issued by the Director/trice of the CARL and within the framework of the specific competences, the drafting of the rehabilitation and socio-educative development plan of the residents for which it acts as a reference figure supported by a nurse/a and/or an educator/trice
- performs the necessary interventions to properly manage the problems arising from the behavior of the residents, while promoting their autonomy and their psycho-physical well-being
- participates in all those rehabilitative activities, social and professional integration indispensable to make operational the objectives established by the educational work of each individual
- cooperates with operators/internal and external operators involved in taking charge of residents
- performs and guarantees medical prescriptions and therapeutic interventions authorized by your specific training or other received instruction
- organizes its activity within the four areas of presence, including nights, in order to ensure continuity of educational care Requirements:
- Federal certificate of capacity (AFC) as a socio-assisted operator (address for persons with disabilities) flexibility and good ability to adapt availability at shiftwork motivation for work in team
- knowledge of the territory, institutions and the social network of the Canton Ticino
- perfect mastery (conversation and editing) of the Italian language and knowledge (speaking) of another official language proven psychiatric experience Special remarks:
- degree of occupation: a 100% place and a 90% place.
