We are looking for a Mechatronic/Mechanic profile to be inserted within the Maintenance team.

The resource will have the responsibility to ensure the full efficiency of the production and packaging lines, in compliance with quality standards and GMP regulations.

Main responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on automated machines

• Start the machine (set up and adjustment of the operating parameters) after the gearbox operations previously indicated

• Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and oleodynamic faults, ensuring minimal downtime.

• To support external staff in the case of special interventions required by specialized firms

• Collaboration with the installation, qualification, testing and commissioning of new machinery and packaging lines

• Intervention on control systems and PLC

Profile requested

• AFC in mechanical or equivalent title

• Experience of at least 5 years in similar roles in pharmaceutical or food companies

• They are required: teamwork attitude, good organizational skills of personal work and team, dynamics and flexibility
