Tasks

• You are responsible for the communication and marketing of the company. You lead a committed, small team and ensure continuous development
• Ensure that internal and external communication across all offline and online channels is consistent with the overall strategy
• You design relevant content for our various channels, including the website, the intranet, emails, newsletters and social media, etc. (B2B, B2C and B2E)
• Together with HR, you develop innovative employer branding concepts and create a convincing appearance as an attractive employer
• You maintain the press and media relations and ensure them in cooperation with the communication managers of Swiss Life Asset Managers. As a press secretary: in the Livit you are also responsible for crisis communication
• You support the operational areas in the acquisition and business development with convincing communication and marketing measures.

Requirements

• You have completed your studies at a university of applied sciences with a specialization in communication or marketing
• You bring experience in a comparable leadership position, ideally in the service industry
• You have competencies in the strategic and operational support of acquisition and business development activities through target group-oriented communication, effective marketing measures and the professional creation of customer, offer and presentation documents
• You develop and control internal and external communication and ensure a clear, credible and target-group-oriented communication of corporate strategy and values
• You are fluent in German and English, knowledge of French is an advantage
