Full description

You are a multi-talent. You provide maintenance in and around buildings and maintain the outdoor facilities. You mow the lawn, care for the plants, take care of the cleanings, clear the snow and dispose of the waste properly.

Tasks

• You keep buildings, outdoors and green areas in order.
• You monitor the house technology, regulate heating systems and repair disturbances.
• You take on simpler repairs, masonry, painter and carpentry work.
• You replace light sources, door locks and fuses and control electrical and water installations.
• You are maintaining tools, equipment and machines.

Profile

• Completed compulsory schooling, Sek A or good performance in Sek B, knowledge of German (minor level B2)
• Enjoyment of practical activities and technical understanding
• Security awareness, reliability and good dealings with different people
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Good health, physical fitness and willingness to work irregular hours (taking into account the protection of minors)
