Tasks

• co-operates on the basis of the directives issued by the Director/trice CARL a social-educational-rehabilitative development plan of the residents for whom it acts as a reference figure
• puts in place the interventions and strategies necessary in collaboration with the team to properly manage the behavior disorders of the residents of the center, while promoting their autonomy and their psycho-physical well-being
• collaborates with all those rehabilitation activities, social and professional integration essential to make operational the objectives established by the educational work of each individual
• involves the rehabilitation and socio-educative development plan of family residents or those who make their veins, as well as internal and external operators/internal and external operators/involved
• performs and guarantees medical prescriptions and therapeutic interventions authorized by its specific training or by special education received
• co-operates with sociosanitary schools to train pupils in the context of its specific skills in compliance with the goals of internships
• organizes its activity within the four areas of presence, including nights, in order to ensure continuity of educational care

Requirements

• diploma of nurses with specialty (mental health) or bachelor in nursing care or diploma of nurses in general care with recognition issued by the Swiss Red Cross (CRS) with registration in the national register of health professions GesReg/NAREG
• experience in psychiatry skills in teamwork, critical skills, creativity, positive attitude, flexibility, empathy and relational skills
• knowledge and experience in the national health system
• perfect knowledge (conversation and editing) of the Italian language and knowledge (conversation and editing) of another official language and/or English
• availability to work with irregular hours
• ability to enter and stay in relationship even in crisis situations willing to work with irregular hours
• knowledge of the territory, institutions and the social network of the Canton Ticino

• the function of nurses/a specialist can be attributed to candidates who have a diploma of nurses/a with specialty (mental health)
• the function of nurses may be attributed to candidates who have Bachelor in nursing care or diploma in general care with recognition issued by the Swiss Red Cross (CRS)
• use: a part-time position (80%) and a full-time (100%). In its application the candidate is invited to indicate the desired percentage

• availability by the candidate to work on irregular and shift shift shifts including night, weekend and holidays in compliance with the organization of the active service 24 hours a day
• start date: to be defined
• for holders of a Bachelor's degree in nursing care or a Diploma of nurses in general care: obligation of specialization in mental health at the University of Italian Switzerland (SUPSI) within 4 years of taking according to the regulations and directives in force at the time of enrollment in the training course (DAS class charged by the cantonal sociopsychiatric Organization (OSC) while the employee's fee). During this period the recruitment will take place in the form of the assignment (art. 15 and 16 GROSS) which can be transformed into appointment at the time of obtaining the title; the failure to obtain the final termination of the employment relationship

Terms of use

• working hours: 42 hours per week (for a 100% employment ratio), flexible or according to service requirements
