diploma in nurses/a with specialty (mental health) (class of salary 5) or Bachelor in nursing care or diploma in general care with recognition issued by the Swiss Red Cross (CRS) (class of salary 4) with registration in the national register of health professions GesReg/NAREG: experience in psychiatry
for holders of a Bachelor's degree in nursing care or a Diploma in nurses/in general care: obligation to specialize in mental health at the Italian University School (SUPSI) within 4 years of hiring according to the regulations and directives in force at the time of enrollment in the training course (DAS class at the expense of the cantonal sociopsychiatric Organization (OSC) while the employee's fee).
