Key requirements
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, law, business, finance, insurance, or another relevant field
- Previous professional experience from insurance, financial services, legal services, risk, claims, broking, or another relevant field (experience from Financial Lines is a plus)
- An interest in commercial insurance, risk analysis, and customer relationships
- Willingness to learn and develop within Financial Lines underwriting
- Solid verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish equivalent to C2 level Skills and competencies:
- Collaborative team player who enjoys working with others and contributing to shared goals.
- Ability to interpret financial statements and other key underwriting information
- Proactive, solution-oriented and commercially minded
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and good negotiation ability
