- Experience or familiarity with corporate property insurance, gained through roles in the insurance industry (e.g. insurer, insurance broker, corporate risk and insurance management or related field), with a willingness to further develop technical expertise.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, risk management, economics or equivalent field.

- Good presentation skills.
- High level of risk- and business awareness.
