Full description
The Municipality of Collina d'Oro opens the competition for the recruitment of a student who is attending the 3rd year of the Middle School of Commerce and needs 52 weeks of commercial practice to obtain the federal certificate of competence and the commercial professional baccalaureate.
School year
Place: at the Municipal Administration, under the conditions of the Organic Regulations of Employees (ROD) and this notice of competition.
General requirements
Those provided for by the Staff Regulations for Employees and in particular:
- Swiss citizenship, the application of international agreements is reserved;
- irreproachable moral conduct and physical constitution compatible with the function;
- good communication skills;
- proactive attitude, precision and reliability;
- knowledge of the Office package.
Tasks
The selected person will work at the counter and switchboard of the Administration, with frequent direct contact with users. He will also carry out administrative procedures related to the counter and stationery and, on the recommendation of colleagues, will also support other municipal services. Excellent interpersonal skills, courtesy, predisposition to contact with the public and a positive and collaborative attitude are required.
Salary conditions
Monthly salary (plus 13th month's salary) CHF 1,300.00, from the 7th month and CHF 1,500.00, subject to internal evaluation and whether the set goals have been achieved.

From 1 July or other date to be agreed
Degree of employment and working time
100%, from Monday to Friday, according to the work schedule established by the chancellery. Working hours are 40 hours per week. Availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays may also be required, on the occasion of operational needs or specific events.

Competition deadline
The applications, in a sealed envelope with the words «Competition specifications for the hiring of an intern to obtain the professional commercial high school diploma (52 weeks) at the Municipality of Collina d'Oro», must be received at the Chancellery in Montagnola in Piazza Brocchi 2, 6926 Montagnola, by Thursday 25 March 2027 at 11.00. The Municipality reserves the right to request other documents when examining the offers, to proceed with a pre-selection or not to proceed with the hiring if there are no suitable candidates.
