Mansions
- prepare the rooms, make the beds, change the linen, dust, clean rooms and bathrooms;
- take care of the common premises (entry, corridors, halls, conference rooms, etc.);
- check and edit floral arrangements or other furnishings;
- laundry and linen
- select the linen, wash it, spread it and iron it;
- take care of the guest's linen and clothes on their request;

- collaborate with the department manager in the planning of purchases;
- receive supplies, control and distribute food and cleaning products;
- check and clean the silverware, glasses and dishes;
- prepare trays, cutlery and dishes for service;
- clean the machinery and equipment used and handle current maintenance;

- help reception staff in simple tasks;
- welcome guests, identify specific needs, ensure service in the rooms;
- prepare breakfast, set up the buffet, fix the tables, serve guests.
