Medico capoclinica anesthesia - Ausschreibung L’EOC the multisite hospital of Ticino is present with its institutes on the whole cantonal territory for a total of 1’000 beds.

The following position is addressed to candidates wishing to apply spontaneously as Medico capoclinica anesthesia Profile The service of anesthesia of the Regional Hospital of Lugano is the only one in Ticino recognized by FMH as a training center of level A2 (3 years) for the acquisition of the title of specialist.

The service staff run over 6,000 patients annually for a total of 12,000 hours of anesthesia.

• We offer all types of anesthesia necessary to the spectrum of interventions carried out at the Regional Hospital of Lugano, such as: general surgery, visceral surgery, neurosurgery, orthopaedics and traumatology, vascular surgery, bariatrics, hepatobiliary surgery, gynecology and ostetrics, urology, otolaryngology, plastic surgery, hand surgery, gastroenterology and neuroradiology.

• Essential requirements: degree/diploma in medicine and surgery and specialization in Anesthesia or equivalent title (for Italy specialization in Anesthesia and Resuscitation) with relative registration to MedReg before the start of work .

For doctors with foreign titles: the Federal Commission's recognition for medical professions MEBEK O proven knowledge of the Italian language (at least B2 level required) with relative registration to MedReg before the start of the activity, desired knowledge of the other national languages and of the English working experience in the departments of Anesthesia autonomy in the taking charge of the critical patient in the operating room strong availability and propensity to the work of the team constructive attitude.
