Job Description - We are looking for a collaborative and organized HR collaborator to join our Human Resources team in Chiasso.

• Responsibilities
• Administrative management of employees, from hiring to termination of employment
• Payroll management
• Management of sickness, accident, maternity, family allowances, source tax calculations
• Preparation of various reports, statistics and key indicators
• Point of reference for employees and service managers
• Preparation of annual calculations (AVS, LAA, PGM, LPP)
• Reconciliation of accounts with financial accounting
• Participation in various HR projects ##
• Requirements
• Personnel assistant certificate
• Native Italian speaker
• Excellent written skills in French and good level of German (B1)
• 3 years of experience in personnel administration in Switzerland
• Excellent mastery of main IT tools (MS Office, Outlook) and knowledge of an ERP for payroll management
• Team spirit, flexibility, precision, reliability, and strong sense of organization and priorities.
