Comprising of the Italian Civil Code of Conduct (IDEALMENT between 50%/20 HOURS AND 100%/40 HOURS)

• Requirements of general order those provided for by ROCCL and in particular: - unexceptionable conduct; - psychophysical fitness to function.
• Special requirements
• diploma of engineer/citizen at academic or SUP level or equivalent;
• proven professional experience in engineering;
• good knowledge of norms, directives, norms and laws of relevance (SIA rules, SUVs, etc.);
• organizational capacity, planning, control, analysis and implementation;
• ability to listen, interpersonal communication, mediation and negotiation and availability to users;
• precision, reliability, genius, delivery, respect for terms and confidentiality in work;

• plan and implement the plan of realization of the works of civil genius;
• superintende and/or elaborate projects of maximum for works of civil genius, including the estimate of the costs, on the basis of general indications or drafts of maximum project;
• manages and/or participates, in the case of collaboration with external consultants, to the elaboration of the design of detail and executive and to the preparation of the yard documents;
• - it manages statistical data regarding the status of the system of channeling and the roads;
• it establishes technical reports to the address of the Direction and of the Town Hall and rediges the correspondence regarding the issues of own competence;
• it assures technical and procedural advice to the private, the professionals and the collaborators of the other sectors of the Municipal Administration regarding the issues related to the laws and regulations applicable in the field of the construction procedures;
• it keeps regular contacts with the internal and external partners In addition:
• other work assignments compatible with its function and its skills can be given. Yearly wages (basis of 100%, thirteenth monthly and salary scale updated at 01.01.2026). band XV (reference function: engineers civil engineering), classes 16-17-18 class 16: min CHF 93'074.15 / max CHF 109'827.40 class 17: min CHF 99'757.15 / max CHF 117'713.30 class 18: min CHF 107'208.25 / max CHF 126'505.50 Comments: Within the scope of the above-mentioned remuneration, the City Hall may recognize the activity carried out previously, if conforming to this Chapter, assigning one or more year of service pursuant to Article 39 cpv. 1 ROCCL.
