- AFC training
- excellent communication skills in Italian language
- conduction team of waiters on the floors
- working shift planning
- planning and control internal floral decorations
- supervision and performance of the activities related to the cleaning and reorganization of all the internal spaces owned by the Foundation (in particular hotel with dependence, conference rooms, holiday houses, stable tenants, Tea house, Pool space with wardrobe, museum and stable of the historical route)
- supervision and conduct of internal laundry (or for customers/workers)
- warehouse management and cleaning materials
- purchase cleaning materials in accordance with the directives and suppliers of the Foundation and the limit of expenditure provided by the position
- regular control of the necessary small maintenance work.
- quality control and proposal for solutions for improvement of the Quality Management System
Requirements
- experience in the sector from 1 to 3 years
- ability to work in team
- excellent knowledge of Italian
- licence to conduct cat. B
- self-immune
