For our customers, we are looking for a communicative and tech-savvy personality who enjoys sales and daily contact with people. In this position, you will advise customers, find suitable telecommunications solutions and use your expertise to ensure a successful shopping experience.
Telekom seller (m/f/d) ###
Your tasks ###
- Advising customers on mobile subscriptions, smartphones, accessories and digital products
- Identification of individual needs and development of suitable solutions
- Active sale of products and services
- Support for device replacement, commissioning and other service concerns
- Competent answers to technical questions and support in the application of digital solutions
- Ensuring a well-maintained and customer-friendly sales area
- Cooperation in storage management, physical control and inventories
- Completion of various administrative activities
- Working with the team to achieve common sales and service goals
Your profile ###
- Completed training in the retail trade or comparable professional experience
- Sales experience, ideally in the telecommunications, electronics or multimedia environment
- Strong interest in smartphones, technology and digital trends
- Enjoying advice, sales and active customer contact
- Safe, friendly and professional appearance
- Independent, reliable and customer-oriented working method
- Very good knowledge of German
- Other language skills are a plus
- Flexibility and willingness to be used at different locations when needed
