Spitex Fricktal AG is an open-minded, modern and innovative non-profit Spitex. With around 100 employees and 20 apprentices, we ensure every day that people in the Fricktal can live at home in a self-determined and safe way. For more than 600 customers, we provide around 140,000 assignments every year – from somatic care and psychiatric services to specialized palliative care. We are in an exciting development phase and invest in people, processes and digitalization. • At least professional health EFZ or equivalent training
• Further training in coaching or leadership is advantageous
• You live a positive feedback culture in leadership, have the courage to address conflicts; A good team culture is important to you
• Several years of professional experience in health care, preferably outpatient (Spitex)
• Experience in accompanying teams and employees in change processes
• Knowledge of moderation, coaching methods and employee development
• Good computer science user knowledge, Perigon knowledge is an advantage

Your tasks

• Management of the employees of the location in the areas of communication, performance and team culture
• Organisation and moderation of team meetings, events and collegial consultations
• Meaningful use and control of resources (bottlenecks are detected early, so that the acceptance of customers can be guaranteed.)
• Professional, transparent and solution-oriented support for teams and employees
• Conducting conversations (introduction, feedback, development) according to specifications
• Support for conflicts within the team or with customers, in cooperation with the area of quality
• Co-responsibility for achieving operational objectives and further developing operations
• Design and development of work organisation, responsibilities and cooperation within the central framework
• Introduction and support of new employees
• Support and assistance in care
