Role overview
Tasks - Ensure overall management of workplace safety - Ensure the safety of buildings used by the cantonal administration and schools - Provide consulting in the field of workplace safety and general safety - Organize and actively participate in the training of employees in matters of workplace safety - Coordinate the application of specific sectoral solutions and define the consequent activities of the cantonal administration - Coordinate safety audits for AC buildings - Serve as an internal reference for the Section for aspects related to safety - Prepare budgets and the financial management plan for current operations in the field of safety - Actively collaborate in the various legislative bodies dealing with workplace safety • Requirements - Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering, or a specialized higher secondary school diploma (SSS) in construction design technician or a specialized higher secondary school diploma (SSS) in construction site management - Advanced training in accordance with the Ordinance on the qualification of workplace safety specialists (OQUAL9) of November 25, 1996, aimed at preparing for the exercise of the function of workplace safety specialist (safety engineer), in compliance with the continuing education obligations pursuant to Article 7 - AICA fire safety expert competence certificate - Proven experience gained in the field of workplace safety and buildings - Strong planning skills in respect of the set objectives - Experience in auditing (investigations, expert appraisals, analyses) - Knowledge of usual computer systems (Office package, etc.) - Excellent knowledge of Italian, good spoken and written knowledge of a second official language - Experience in participating in working groups - Technical/administrative knowledge related to the main activities and sectors of the Administration is considered an asset - Ability to communicate complex concepts (both orally and in writing) effectively, adapting the message to the interlocutor - Judgment skills, with critical and independent thinking, decision-making, responsibility-taking, understanding of the various points of view of the interlocutors, negotiation skills - Category B driving license Conditions for submitting the application - Applications must be submitted online.
