multiannual experience in institutional, administrative or public policies, preferably in the areas of the cantonal labour market, the application of federal, cantonal norms or coordination between federal or cantonal authorities and social partners
experience in implementing, monitoring or coordinating measures arising from public policies or legislative provisions
data analysis and synthesis capabilities and information
excellent proficiency of Italian (conversation and editing), excellent ability to draft official documents and reports
spirit of initiative and orientation in search of solutions
good knowledge of German (conversation and editing), for understanding specialist texts and participation in intercantonal exchanges.

the function of scientific collaborator/scientist I (class 10) can be attributed only to candidates who have complete academic qualifications: university license, degree, Bachelor's + Master's degree or professional university (Bachelor + Master 270/300 ECTS credits) and who have gained at least 15 years of professional experience in the required scope
