Main responsibilities
- include: Customer Service & Sales Generation: Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service, coaching the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure comprehensive product knowledge across the team to enhance customer experience and decision-making.
- Operations: Support store management in daily operational tasks with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
- Maintain adherence to inventory control processes, minimizing loss and ensuring accuracy in stock handling and reporting.
- Visual Merchandising: Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards in alignment with company directives.
- Ensure the store presentation is consistently maintained to a high standard, reflecting the brand’s image.
- Compliance: Uphold workplace safety standards and act as a model for company policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all operational guidelines and safety regulations.
- Employment Status Full-Time, Minimum 35 hours per week on average.
- Full -Time employees must maintain open availability to meet the needs of the business and may be required to work more than 35 hours a week, certain holidays and blackout dates.
Key requirements
- Ensure comprehensive product knowledge across the team to enhance customer experience and decision-making.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written), including strong relationship building skills.
- Professional requirements At least 2 years retail sales experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories.
- Intermediate computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience working with POS systems.
