- You take over the professional support and processing by telephone and e-mail for all inquiries about the change service as well as our health insurance
- You ensure the support for the change service platform, a self-service portal
- You are responsible for mutations of customer and contract data including individual solution finding
- You are responsible for special cases of the change service, which cannot be carried out automatically, and make individual clarifications as well as the necessary correspondence with the customers and health insurance companies
- You continuously test our change service platform to ensure a first-class digital experience for our customers
- You help with the ongoing optimization of processes, assumption of exciting additional tasks and cooperation in projects
- You actively participate in the team, promote the exchange of knowledge and always put the needs of our customers at the center. Your skills and talents
- You have a completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent basic training
- You have very good oral and written language skills in German and at least one other national language (French or Italian)
- You already bring your first professional experience in health insurance
