In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for at the school Himmeri Staudenbühl on 1 January. November 2026 or by appointment a school assistant in class

Tasks

• Accompaniment and simpler guidance of classes and/or individual pupils in everyday school life
• Co-creation of positive social and learning-enhancing relationships with and between students
• Simple administrative and organizational work at class level (e.g. absence lists)
• Maintenance, cleaning up and provision of materials (e.g. teaching materials, etc.)
• They pay the amount of 55% on 5 days per week as follows: Monday
• Friday, 08:00
• 12:00 and Monday, Tuesday and Friday 13:00
• 15:00. No assignments are planned during school holidays. From 1 August 2027, the workload can be continued with at least 40%.

Profile

• Very good knowledge of German (at least level C1) and basic PC user knowledge (e.g. Word, Outlook)
• Experience in dealing with children and young people, patience and resilience
• Good communication skills, openness to new and surprising situations, safe appearance
• Good social skills, teamwork and flexibility
• Confidentiality and discretion towards the outside and willingness to further develop in pedagogical topics

About us

We are a large school community in Zurich-Nord with 18 schools. We derive our pedagogical attitude from the concept of New Authority and thus meet the daily challenges in everyday school life together and effectively.

The Himmeri Day School has been run at two locations in the Zurich-Seebach Quarter since August 2019. The Himmeri - Staudenbühl location includes 5 primary classes, 2 recording classes, a large care (hoard) and a kindergarten. The curative school is also located on the site.
