E-Commerce Web Marketing, CRO and SEO Manager
Role overview
Reporting directly to the Chief Digital Officer, the E-Commerce Web Marketing, CRO & SEO Manager, is responsible for creating and implementing online marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue for Guess e-commerce website. He/she will maximize the technical and creative opportunities afforded by the breadth of Web-based static and social marketing in order to attract customers to the brand.
The role will deal with media buying, social networking and search engine optimization to maintain a client base and seek new clients. Moreover, the role has to drive direction out of ambiguity and question the status quo to get more out of marketing campaigns and website contents; he/she knows how to create sense of urgency for customers.
Another task will be the supervision of the entire Web Marketing team and all the activities performed by it.
Key requirements
- At least 8 years experience in web-marketing and CRO environment;
- At least 8 years experience in SEO and analytics Tools as Google Analytics, Google Trends, SEM Rush, Adobe Omniture and Google Search Console tool
- Proficiency knowledge of English language (both written and spoken). Any additional language is a plus
- Must possess strong leadership skills and be precise, well organized, self-motivated, focused on meeting deadlines and able to multitask within a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and follow-up;
- Excellent analytical and time management skills. Preference to work with number
