Role overview
Reporting directly to the Chief Digital Officer, the E-Commerce Web Marketing, CRO & SEO Manager, is responsible for creating and implementing online marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue for Guess e-commerce website.
He/she will maximize the technical and creative opportunities afforded by the breadth of Web-based static and social marketing in order to attract customers to the brand.
The role will deal with media buying, social networking and search engine optimization to maintain a client base and seek new clients.

- At least 8 years’ experience in web-marketing and CRO environment
- At least 8 years’ experience in SEO and analytics Tools as Google Analytics, Google Trends, SEM Rush, Adobe Omniture and Google Search Console tool
- An International, fresh and dynamic working environment

Key requirements
- At least 8 years’ experience in web-marketing and CRO environment
- At least 8 years’ experience in SEO and analytics Tools as Google Analytics, Google Trends, SEM Rush, Adobe Omniture and Google Search Console tool
- Excellent knowledge of Office package, especially Excel HTML good knowledge
- Proficiency knowledge of English language (both written and spoken). Any additional language is a plus
- Must possess strong leadership skills and be precise, well organized, self-motivated, focused on meeting deadlines and able to multitask within a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and follow-up
- Excellent analytical and time management skills. Preference to work with number
- Excellent execution, high respect of deadlines and good level of proactivity
