• preparation of the tabs for the publication of judgments on the internet

• Patent of attorney, doctorate in Swiss law, or master of law or license in Swiss law

• excellent knowledge (conversation and editing) of Italian and good knowledge (conversation and editing) of at least another official language

• aptitude for independent work and legal research

• no executive procedure in justified course and absence of certificates of lack of assets

• the function of chancellor/a I (class 11) can be attributed only to candidates who have complete academic qualifications: university license, degree, consecutive university master or professional university school (Bachelor + Master 270/300 ECTS credits) and who have gained at least 15 years of professional experience in the required area

• the function of chancellor/a II (class 10) will be attributed to candidates who possess only a bachelor or a short degree or candidates with less than 15 years of professional experience in the required field and possess full academic qualifications: university license, degree, consecutive university master or professional university school (Bachelor + Master 270/300 ECTS credits)

• applications must be submitted online. Other forms of application shall not be deemed valid

• in addition to the documents to be submitted at the time of the online application (letter of presentation and motivation, curriculum vitae, diplomas, certificates and certificates of work), in a second moment may be required further documentation (judicial casellario with relative self-certification and self-certification on the state of health)

• appointment or assignment: these are those provided for by the Law on the sorting of employees of the State and teachers of 15 March 1995 (LORD) and the relevant Regulations. Any amendment of the law concerning salary and organization remains explicitly reserved
