- provide advice and effectively conduct interviews with the user in application of the legal provisions of reference in the field of recovery of maintenance contributions and welfare benefits
- acquire information and ascertain the financial and personal data of debtors, to assess the overall situation and to take all appropriate measures to ensure recovery, in particular ensuring the execution of the aid to the collection according to the IACC
- determine the debtor's contribution in accordance with the legal provisions of reference, concluding, where necessary, agreements or starting appropriate civil actions
- undertake appropriate civil, executive and criminal judicial procedures in the field of recovery, in Switzerland and abroad.
- represent the Office in disputes against debtors and/or their legal sponsors, before civil and criminal courts, cantonal and Swiss, in the interest of the State and/or creditors represented by the Office
- verify the financial transactions relating to the documents of jurisdiction
- to manage the documents of competence with the help of the appropriate means and tools
- care for the definition, updating and optimization of operational and administrative processes related to the management of paper and recovery procedures, with particular attention to ensure continuity in the ongoing implementation of the principles of OAInc Requirements:
