To complete our hotel service team at the EOC Rehabilitation Clinic (CREOC), Faido headquarters we look for a(a) Cuoco (80%) Profile: The person we want to hire has excellent professional technical skills. He can organize his own game independently by planning work effectively in compliance with the directives in force and acting in accordance with the team. The ideal application is that of a professional who is dedicated to satisfy the expectations and demands of internal and external customers. Oriented to change, available; it is able to respond to the numerous stresses with readiness and seriousness, establishing good relations with people of different realities.
- Requirements: Federal Certificate of Cuoco Capacity The dietetic cook's diploma is a preferential title (alternatively, it requires availability to achieve this diploma) Pluriennial experience gained in catering Autonomy and flexibility Guidance to change and teamwork, in an interdisciplinary perspective Excellent technical knowledge of food and hygiene standards and procedures (HACCP, LEAR) Availability to work at irregular turns Master of the Italian language (speaking and written) and a second national language as well as good information knowledge Ability to work in group and spirit of collaboration Date of entry: 1.
