Role overview
To strengthen our site operational excellence leadership, we are seeking an experienced and visionary OE Business Partner for our Bubendorf site.
In this key position, you will shape and execute Bachem’s site-specific Operational Excellence strategy, driving a culture of continuous improvement and measurable business impact across all functions.
As the primary interface between site and global OE, you will lead OE initiatives, foster innovation, and build OE capability at every level. Your tasks
- To strengthen our site operational excellence leadership, we are seeking an experienced and visionary OE Business Partner for our Bubendorf site.
- In this key position, you will shape and execute Bachem’s site-specific Operational Excellence strategy, driving a culture of continuous improvement and measurable business impact across all functions.
- University degree (Master/PhD/MBA preferred) in Engineering, Chemistry, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.
- 10+ years’ experience in Operational Excellence, process improvement, or manufacturing management, ideally in CDMO/CMO, chemical or pharmaceutical environments.

- 10+ years’ experience in Operational Excellence, process improvement, or manufacturing management, ideally in CDMO/CMO, chemical or pharmaceutical environments.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale OE transformation initiatives with measurable, sustained business impact.
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt (Black Belt preferred); strong expertise in continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and motivate at all levels.
- Fluency in English (C1) and German (C1) is mandatory. Our offer
