To strengthen our customer service team in the area of Research & Specialties, we are looking for a dedicated, structured and service-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist Research & Specialties (a), (80–100%).
In this role, you are responsible for the reliable and timely processing of customer orders and accompany the entire order-to-delivery process.

- Completed commercial training (e.g. businessman/woman EFZ or comparable)
- First professional experience in customer service or in a comparable function (ideally 2–3 years)
Key requirements
- Completed commercial training (e.g. businessman/woman EFZ or comparable)
- First professional experience in customer service or in a comparable function (ideally 2–3 years)
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical environment is advantageous
- Basic knowledge of SAP and secure handling of MS Office
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing; Other languages are beneficial

Company and context
- of standardized special orders without sales order (“Maverick Shipping”) according to guidelines
- Maintaining and ensuring high data quality in the relevant systems
- Close coordination with internal interfaces (e.g. planning, logistics, finance)
- Detection of deviations and structured transfer to competent bodies
- Support for simple evaluations and participation in process improvements
