Are you an IT specialist and are you interested in the topics of living and care in old age? You want to get to 1. November 2026 or by agreement in this newly created position as Senior IT Project Manager for the health centers for old age?

Tasks

• They are responsible for the IT-side management and control of projects of medium to high complexity across all project phases (initialization, specification, implementation and implementation) including budget responsibility.
• They ensure that IT delivery objects are adhered to in terms of time, quality and cost and ensure a smooth transfer of operations including training, documentation and rollout.
• They initiate and coordinate the collection of requirements and the development of business specifications in close cooperation with the specialist areas and support evaluations and procurement processes.
• They ensure that all projects comply with the requirements in the areas of information security, data protection and urban IT standards and coordinate the implementation of appropriate measures.
• They take over the leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams as well as external partners, promote cooperation between IT and specialist areas and ensure methodically clean project implementation according to current standards.

Profile

• Several years of experience in managing IT projects as well as the ability to assume responsibility at senior level and to use your skills and knowledge specifically for the further development of the IT sector.
• High personal responsibility and ability to make sustainable decisions, as well as assertiveness and a strong ability to deal constructively with different interests and changes
• Graduate degree/Bachelor of Science FH/Uni/ETH in Business Informatics or equivalent education with specialisation in Computer Science
• In-depth experience in the application of project management methods (classic and agile) as well as knowledge in the fields of information security and data protection.
• Independent, responsible working methods, proactive thinking and a constructive approach to dynamic and changing situations.
