This is what you will do.

• You offer your customers first-class advice and attentive support and ensure goal-oriented market development in the region.
• You understand how to inspire customers and distribute our products and services in the areas of investing, provisioning and financing.
• You take over an interesting customer book, which you expand through active market development.
• In the absence of the branch manager, you take over their deputy and ensure smooth business operations.
• You are actively present in the market area (public events, events, etc.).
• You work in a small motivated team and contribute your ideas to further develop the team and the office.

You bring that with you

• You have a completed banking apprenticeship (or comparable basic training) as well as experience in customer advice, preferably at a bank.
• You enjoy customer contact, bring good communicative skills and excel through degree strength.
• You are a team player with a high level of social competence, exemplary commitment and personal responsibility.
• Good knowledge of regional and local market conditions is an advantage.
