Are you ready, - to thrill with your passion for ICT products and trends - to acquire and retain customers with your comprehensive product knowledge - to provide tailored advice to meet customer needs and find the optimal solution - to work securely with various databases and tools - in addition to your customer-facing activities, to also tackle exciting tasks behind the scenes - such as purchasing, product presentation, storage or sales promotion Currently, we offer apprenticeships in this training program at the following locations: - Shop Grancia ## What you bring with you - Having completed compulsory education with consistently good grades - Italian, mathematics and at least one national language are among your strengths - You are fascinated by ICT products and trends - You will convince with your good expression and communication skills - both orally and in writing - in Italian and in a national language - You place great importance on good manners and enjoy contact with people - You have a talent for numbers and are flexible - Your curiosity drives you to constantly want to discover and learn new things - You are familiar with Swisscom's somewhat different training model and want to be part of it From the age of majority, an extract from the criminal record will be required as part of the integrity check before the start of the apprenticeship.
